Ashton Blaise Whitty born October 1st of 1995 in Berkeley California. She is an actress, known as the actress behind Choices (2010), The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2006) as well as Chrissie Mayr's Content House
Asia Argento was raised in Rome by a film-maker and an actor family. Both professions she pursued her own. Sogni e bisogni, directed by Sergio Citti and starring Asia Argento at the age of nine, was her very first film. In 1988 The Church, a film by Michele Soavi The Church was directed by Michele Soavi and she played in the role of Cristina Comencini's Zoo. In 1989, she played Nanni Moretti's baby for the film Red Wood Pigeon. (Also directed by Moretti). Close Friends (written and directed by Michele Placido) was when Asia's acting career truly began to take off. Her roles went from being very young before becoming more mature. The film was well-received during the Cannes International Film Festival. Trauma (1996) as well as The Stendhal Sydrome (1996) are two other movies she worked on with her famous father. The Phantom of the Opera, which was made by her late father and is the final of three films she's worked on. The other two were Trauma and The Stendhal Syndrome. Giuseppe Piccioni employed her deeply absorbed and intense manner of acting in Condannato, a nozze. Patrice Chereau directed Queen Margot and she played a crucial character. In 1995, she collaborated with Michel Piccoli in Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion , which again earned her a David diDonatello and a Grolla d'oro. In 1994 Asia turned her hand to the art of directing, and produced two short films, Prospettive and Prospettive In 1996, she directed a documentary on her father, and in 1998, a film about the cult director Abel Ferrara, Abel/Asia (1998) and was awarded an award at the Rome Film Festival. Asia was first introduced as a director of feature in Scarlet Diva (2000). The film featured her as a director. She was also the lead actress and wrote the screenplay. The film released May 2000 in Italy and across the rest the world. It received a prestigious award by the Williamsburg Film festival in Brooklyn. In 2001, following the directing of numerous music videos the actress gave birth to her first child, Anna Lou. In 2002 she starred in The Red Siren by Olivier Megaton with Jean-Marc Barr and the action thrilledirected by Rob Cohen, with Vin Diesel. Asia has also written some short stories which have been published by many magazines.
